Simcast Dental Laboratories was founded by Kenneth Simmonds and is now owned and operated by Mark Hutton from our base in Christchurch, Dorset.
We are a GDC-compliant laboratory with fully qualified and registered technicians and are MHRA registered. The laboratory has been in continuous operation for more than 50 years.

Our laboratory produces specialist dental restorations for laboratories and practices across the UK, as well as direct services for patients in Christchurch, Bournemouth and across Dorset.
Our core services include cobalt chrome framework production, SLM direct metal printing and digital dental manufacturing. We also provide denture repairs, new dentures and custom dental appliances for patients.
We focus on a small number of specialist services and carry them out consistently to a high standard.
Premium materials, including fully compliant alloy powder, are used on every case. Framework production combines traditional technical knowledge with modern digital workflows.

The laboratory is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.
We provide a freepost return service for laboratory clients and also offer a national postal denture repair service for patients.
